Sticky warning labels come off in pieces

I bought this product to go in a new granite countertop because the old cooktop was scratched and had sticky food residue on it.This one came with THREE warning labels telling you if you clean the cooktop improperly it could scratch. All three labels came off in pieces and left a sticky residue I don't know how to get off.I'm thinking of taking it back to the store as I don't want to scratch it getting the residue off and I bought it to look good.

I searched a long time before I decided to purchase my Frigidaire cook top. Because it is a flat glass top and not complicated and because I have arthritis in my hands, I am able to keep it clean with the wipe of a cloth. This is especially great for me since I live with two men who are not the least bit careful when they cook. WONDERFUL! I am so happy and relieved to have this cook top in my home.
