We bought this wall unit last October and performed a self cleaning. The next day I wanted to use next day but wouldn't work. A repair person came out and simply stated that it is a common problem that once you do a self cleaning, the oven won't work. So every time I want to use this feature I will have to call a repair person to replace a part! This is a glitch that needs to be fixed. Can't the company fix this glitch?

I have only used it a couple times since we bought it. The oven works great and is very fast when cooking. However, it takes it a while to heat up to temperature needed. Once it is turned off, the cooling fan seems like it stays on for a long time and it is loud.

In December 2018 I purchased the Frigidaire Wall Oven and today 10/22/2020 it is totally shut down. A repairman came and said that the control panel needs to be replaced and will cost over $400.00. This should not have happened with an oven that is not even two years old yet. I understand there is only a one year limited warranty, I wonder why, as I am sure Frigidaire is aware of certain issues. I will not recommend Frigidaire products to anyone nor will I purchase another Frigidaire product.

I am enjoying my new oven and very happy with how it works.Heats up well, and gets the job done. It has a fan that runs through out the cooking time and after it is done to cool it off. It doesn't bother me, just tells me it is working right. Looks good too!

Lthough I had to wait for 34 days for delivery and installation the oven looks and works great. EXCEPT for the Timer which does not work. Had to wait over a week to get someone over to fix it, was told I need a new panel which had to be ordered. I™™ve now reached two months from the date of purchase and am still waiting. Fortunately it bakes really well and if it weren™™t for the timer and the delays, I would give it 5 stars.

Replaced an older similar one that the front glass broke and could find no replacement. It was working okay when replaced and new one was thought to be about same, but surprisingly it is faster more even cooking and makes cooking in it more enjoyable.
