bought from Sears...in 2018, worked great. went on vacation in June 2020 - came back to dead freezer and over $1000 rotten meat. no help from Frigidaire or Sears...

Only got 2 years use out of this. Hard to find parts. I was just gonna guess what part was bad and try to replace it. After reading the reviews Im not sure I even want to try and repair it. No more power to the unit no light indicator at the thermostat. May just toss it now and get a new one.

I bought this as an extra freezer fort he house, and it died after about 18 months. It seems to have an electrical problem, as the compressor shuts off after less than 30 seconds of turning on.

We bought this several months ago to store breastmilk long term. It hasn't kept it well frozen without any issues & even kept it frozen for awhile during hurricane Erma. Us and our baby are very thankful

I bought this chest freezer just over three years ago. Everyone said chest freezers are workhorses that last forever; unfortunately, this was not my experience. I don't know whether I got a dud or if there's a problem with this model. The repair place I use can't even find the model number in their resources. This worked fine until it didn't. I'm surprised and disappointed. The value of food I lost is probably greater than what I spent on the freezer.

This 7.2 cu ft Frigidaire Freezer is the perfect size for additional freezer storage. So far it is working just great. We like to take advantage of grocery bargains and our kitchen freezer does not hold much. Bought a couple of plastic bins for freezer to keep items sorted and another 2 upper storage baskets so we now have plenty of organized space. Would recommend this freezer for smaller households.

I bought this on Jan 2016 from the Navy exchange. Worked great for a year, opened it up yesterday and everything inside was ruined. The green on light was still on. Cleaned it out, waited 24 hours, plugged it back in and the green light is still on but hot as an oven on the inside. Not sure what happened but would expect this product to last at least a few years with how little use it gets.

This freezer has performed above and beyond expectations. i was not expecting much as far as volume (I understood the specs) but as I filled the void I was amazed at what it could hold. I would recommend this little giant to any one of my friends or family.

I have an upright freezer that is so full that I needed additional space so I bought this to fit into a small area. It is perfect size for the limited space I had in my laundry room. It cooled down to around -10 deg. F very quickly and I have had no problems since. I originally wanted a 10 cu ft freezer but it was the wrong length so this was the best alternative for the space I had. It looks good and I like the pilot light on the front for peace of mind that it is working.

Despite the fact that I have 2 full-size refrigerators both with freezers, I still needed extra space. I like to make homemade soups and sauces, and I never had enough room to freeze them in large quantities. This freezer is perfect. It takes up very little space but holds a surprising amount of food. I bought 2 extra storage racks to make it easier to organize the contents.

We purchased this freezer a few weeks ago because we needed more room than our kitchen fridge/freezer had to offer. One of the criteria we looked for was a wide temperature range in which we could use to place it.. So far we have had no issues with it in our garage and the temps have dipped into the 30's already.

this freezer fits the bill for us. we actually put it in my man cave because it doesn't take up alot of space and is whisper quiet. i actually keep making sure the green indicator light is on to make sure it is running.a great small freezer that packs alot of punch. we usually use it for a wild game freezer.

serves the purpose, but a considerable amount of frost build up along door seal. have done what is required concerning frost build up, unit is perfectly level, didn't work. the power on indicator light no longer works, didn't last 6 months.

My husband and I were wanting a small freezer just kept putting it off. Then his dad asked what we wanted/needed as a Christmas gift and I mentioned the chest freezer. He said to pick it out and he's pay for it. We got it shortly after the New Year and we love it so far. I made room for it the all the clearance it was suggested around it. I didn't want it in the garage as we get too hot here in the Spring, Summer and still in the Fall.
