Our new freezer is great! It was prettty easy to transport from the store to our home, especailly with the sales staff helping load it in our truck and packing it in so it was safe from scrapes and scratches. Unloading at home and getting it in place was easy as well, since it was not terribly heavy.It was easy to set up and level, and was real easy to wash down the inside before we plugged it in.Once plugged in it got to work on cooling. And was ready to go in no time.We haven't had any trouble since we loaded it with food. It's been running smooth and quiet for about 6 months now without any problem.And an easy unloaf been

Although I would prefer white shelves to grey in a white freezer, I love that I have the option to move a few shelves. I also like the depth of the door bins. In addition, the light at the bottom that lets me know the freezer is running is wonderful.

Love it! Holds so much in a clearly visible way! Door easy to grab. Good deep cut out to grab. No broken finger nails. If I could change one thing, I wish the temp dial was higher up. Hard to access if low shelf full. But there is so much space, shelves don™™t need to be full. And it™™s a small outside footprint. Fits well in small space!

This is a great freezer. I hope it lasts a long time. I love the light and the door opening is perfect. This is a really nice unit. My quandary, this goes for all upright freezers from all brands is the 4 racks. Really it's about to be 2026 and we are still trying to make 4 racks work for storage. Maybe one day an appliance company will set them selves apart and offer a customizable shelving system

I have only had the freezer for 3 weeks and it is performing nicely! The delivery and setup was easy and smooth. So far, it is doing what is it supposed to do. The only issue I have is with the registration process. I share the same email with my parents and when I registered the freezer, it is showing under their name instead of mine. I hope this does not cause an issue in the future with warranty support. I called customer service to make sure they corrected it so hopefully it is corrected.

This freezer is big with wide shelves and slim door compartments. I will be using an organizer system soon because the amount this holds can quickly cause things to get lost. But it great. Gets to 0 quickly after closing the door. The door is big so the temp rises quickly. You don't want to leave it open long. We named him Frosty Snowington the third and he is now family. Lol

With the high cost of groceries, especially meats, it is a relief to know that this new freezer has a warning system to let us know if a problem arises. This freezer has exceeded our expectations so far. Wire shelves make it easy to stack our items and find what we are looking for. Being able to adjust the shelf size is a life safer for when my wife bakes large cakes. LED light and sound indicators give us peace of mind in case we leave the door ajar. The light inside the freezer itself is plenty bright to find our stuff. Time will tell if it was really worth it but at this point we would definitely buy it again.

We recently replaced a 37 year old chest freezer with this new upright. We™™re so pleased with its performance so far. I love the swoosh I hear when I close the door. It tells me the door is closed and sealed. The green power light indicator that shines on the floor is a nice touch.

Although we've had this freezer for only two weeks, we are quite pleased. We researched the purchase thoroughly, and chose this unit from among the many others both for our personal needs (number of cubic feet and other features) and for the price. The delivery went quite smoothly. The delivery men were polite, patient, and courteous, and - importantly - handled the freezer carefully as they removed it from the truck and installed it in our desired location. Again, it's been only two weeks, but the freezer is working well.

I replaced my chest freezer with the Frigidaire upright frost free freezer and I am loving it. I can see all the foods at a glance without bending down to search the food at the bottom. I found 6 bags of shrimp at the bottom. This will help me not to buy so many duplicates. This garage ready freezer is the perfect for me. I recommend to everyone who has a chest freezer.
