I also have had this refrigerator about a month and there is a knocking noise like it is making ice. This refrigerator doesn't have a ice maker. Also. there is a constant, non stop humming noise. Unusual to say the least.

I've had it about three weeks and really love it. I had a side by side before that was wider but actually less Cu.FT. I couldn't find one like the old one I had but it turnes out this is more Cu.Ft. and actually fits in the same place. Works great and easy to add icemaker. Great purchase.

I like the fridge overall. It™™s a little taller than I™™m used to, and I feel like I have plenty of room inside.A few downsides:1) This fridge didn™™t come with an ice-maker as I was expecting (my sales guy failed to mention this very important factor). I wasn™™t thrilled I had to install one myself. It wasn™™t hard, but I didn™™t want to have to do it and I didn™™t factor in the extra time and money that this would take at the time of purchase.2) I had a crazy vibration that was super loud every time the fridge ran. After a couple of weeks I finally figured out it was the fan underneath. I had to put felt pads all around it to secure it better. Since then, it seems to have resolved the vibration problem.3) This fridge definitely has a high pitched hum when it runs. It was really annoying at first but I™™ve gotten used to it.

Bought this model in November 2020. I installed in my garage because I entertain outside a lot. We started having cold weather in January and things in the freezer started going soft. I got the owners manual out and in one small paragraph I see I need to buy a GARAGE KIT. I called Frigidaire today 2/25/2021 and was told I can™™t buy a GARAGE KIT and need to call a serviceman to get the kit and have it installed!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE So I will find a serviceman in my area and pay to have my new FRIGIDAIRE repaired. UGH

In all honesty we bought this refrigerator because we have very limited chooses with the dimensions we can use. We could not be happier with this product or Frigidaire. It is not a good feeling when you are buying some based on the space you have but this refrigerator is great!!!! More space than we need (or had before) and quiet in our little kitchen.

I discovered that the newer models are not made to be in an area that is below 70 degrees. The compressor cuts off thinking it is cool enough. We purchased a garage heater kit that has solved the problem but would have preferred knowing this up front.

Replaced a semi-fancy LG about a month ago. Other than being a little noisy sometimes it™™s great. I would add an extra smaller door rail in the event that you don™™t store a gallon milk container on the door.

I have had this refrigerator about two weeks and find that it fits my need. It cools and freezes just fine. The problem that I have with it is the noise that emanates from the freezer. I learned last Fri., Feb. 5, from a service tech that the noise is coming from the freon circulating system. I'm no tech so that's about the best explanation I can provide.This afternoon I'm going back to store and exchange it for a different brand.

Refrigerator came with mobile home I purchased. Ice maker produces nice sized ice. Shelves in door have a very wide gap between shelf and shelf rail. Smaller condiments fall thru when opening the door which is very annoying.
