Bummed to find out that this fridge can't run in temperatures under 55 F. It's in a cabin that we keep cooler (45 F) in winter when we aren't up there as much as in other seasons. Walked in and we knew something was wrong. A lot of spoiled food in the freezer and the stench! UGH! It was gross. There should be big warnings on this appliance that the temperature in the space it is located cannot be below 55 F. Our last (35+ year old) refrigerator didn't have this issue, so this was a big surprise. Hoping we can get the smell/odors totally out otherwise this will be a $1000 waste of money. Once we got the place warmed up, it was running fine. We'll see if it kept running when we go back next month.

Doesn™™t have ice maker and tray. The side door bars height should be higher. It™™s low and can™™t put tall item in there because it felt like it™™s going to fall off when opening the door.

Our new Frigidaire refrigerator has worked out splendidly. We downsized from a larger side by side door beast, but we have found our new top freezer space to be well suited to our needs. The lower door storage space accommodates all of our condiments with room to spare. The appliance is quiet in operation and, as an architect, I find the design to be clean and crisp.

I bought this refrigerator in Nov. 2019. For the most part it been a good one. My biggest complaint is that the door selves keep popping out and things end up all over the floor. I do not have them overloaded at all. I'm about ready to duct tape them for extra support.

I enjoy the quiet motor of the Frigidaire. We have another one that is white and older which has a light in the freeze. However this one does not have a light so I have to turn on the ceiling light every time I go to get something from the freezer. Also the slots in the door of the refrigerator are too wide and small items slide out. The drawer for the deli item only pulls out half way so it is hard to get items in and out of the drawer.

I have had it for over a month now I set the cold temperature to the recommended setting, after a few days it didn™™t seem cold enough so I turned it up and week later it still wasn™™t cold enough to even freeze otter pops in the freezer so I turned it to the coldest setting now and it™™s still not freezing otter pops in the freezer and my drinks in the refrigerator arnt as cold as they should be. Not happy that it™™s not working correctly and I just got this a month ago.

After 2 years and 1 month the refrigerator stopped cooling. Imagine my embarrassment at having what should have been a high-end product stop working during my guests' stay. Called Frigidaire and they said the product is outside the warranty....how incredibly and conveniently timed. I paid a local service person to come out because I needed a working fridge ASAP, and he told me the freezer door did not have a good seal causing the fan to spin continuously and burn out years early. This is a product defect and warranty or no warranty, a good company should take responsibility for that! I have had lower-end refrigerators that have lasted over a decade. I feel absolutely robbed.

I bought this fridge when I couldn™™t get the other Frigidaire I wanted. It™™s slightly bigger than my old fridge, but it seems like the extra volume is mostly in the freezer. It™™s huge compared to my old one. I like the slide out shelves and the fact that they are glass. I also like the shelving in the door. There™™s much more room than in the old one. But the crisper drawers and the cold cut drawer have less room than the ones in my 18 cubic ft fridge. Also, the shelf spacing in the fridge is a bit odd. You either have a huge space on the top shelf and a tiny second shelf, or the top shelf is too high to be useful. And the fridge is not quiet. It hums loudly while cooling, and there are various knocking thumping sounds that are mystifying to me, since it doesn™™t have an ice maker. I haven™™t owned it long enough to say how reliable it is. But it seems to keep everything evenly cold. Overall, I™™m glad I got the fridge, but I™™m not sure I™™d buy it again.

The noise level of this regrigerator is totally unacceptable for me. After multiple service calls, it has been determined there is nothing wrong. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately (even though it is a new/in the box appliance) it is not returnable to the store per their policy.

It makes a loud whinny noise at times, which is why I HATE it. the sound is loud and gives me a headache. also, the door shelves are not really good for holding most stuff I want it to, and the sides fall off regularly, causing a mess most times because a bottle breaks and juice is on the floor. overall, not impressed with the functionality of this fridge, nor the NOT QUITE operation.

The fridge appears to be working fine. I assume the moans and groans are part of the frost free system. I say this because I had a Kenmore that made similar noises, but it was over 7 years old, so at the time I thought it was in need of some kind of repair.

Bought this fridge at Home Depot when our 17 year old Amana bottom freezer died. This fridge was available as a floor model and HD was great to work with. I loved the bottom freezer fridge and feel like I am standing on my head when looking for items in this fridge. Adjusting to that. Agree about the cheap door shelves. Ours also makes loud noise on occasion when it kicks on. Also I find it annoying that manufacturers are not easily offering bisque/off white appliances. The SS works but would not be my 1st choice. Despite what seems negative comments the fridge is functional and is serving its purpose. When we find a bottom fridge we like and can hopefully afford this guy will serve as a second fridge in the basement.

Not super happy. Besides being noisy, there were rust spots on the outside of the door, when I wiped it off, could see rust on the cloth. There are currently spots on bottom door that will not come off

Mine is going to the scrap this week; it won't cool below 48 degrees set as cold as it will go. Sick of spoiled food. Freezer compartment is no better. It says Frigidaire on the outside but it is an Electrolux if you look at the tag inside and read the fine print.
