We ae on an RV and this unit has always been flakey. However now we are onboard full time. Trying a small load on normal 54 minute cycle. About 10-15 minutes into the cycle, it stops working. Typically,it will stop with about 37 minutes left in the cycle. Every few minutes, the lights on the panel begin flashing, and then it goes dark again. The countdown timer continues for a few hours. When the countdown timer reaches approximately 25 minutes, the washer continues in a normal fashion. Any ideas???

The washer was installed in our RV but the motorhome mfg. It works great. Clothes, hand towels, small loads work great. Larger loads I generally take to laundry mat. Love the convenience.

Small, easy to use, easy to install, however is shakes my whole house like a helicopter is landing on the roof. I bought this washer as a replacement and had planned to later purchase the matching dryer, I'm glad I didn't. I have been using this washer for a month and completely regret this purchase.

This washer was in the RV that we just purchased and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. My old washer was a combo washer/ dryer and it took forever to wash and dry. This unit has multiple settings which allows me to customize my wash. I am quite pleased with it!

1 year 9 days and the washer has totally quit working. Second unit since I purchased my motorhome 3/15. Door is locked and they do not have a manual release for my laundry that is in it.

This unit was recommended by my contractor. I find that the unit shakes uncontrollably during the spin cycles.
Also I find this washer not friendly user. Always have to refer to the manual - most times don't understand what I am supposed to do

I purchased this washer for several reasons: size, cost, quality and performance.
My washer has to fit in a confined space. Out of several brands, the Whirlpool appeared to meet all of my needs at an excellent price point. This washer does a lovely job cleaning my laundry. However, once I began using it I realized that the unit shakes uncontrollably during the spin cycles. I contacted the store where I purchased the washer and they even came over to place a thick, foam pad underneath to help absorb the movement. Unfortunately, I believe it is a design issue - how the drum moves within the washer itself. It occurs most frequently on the "normal" setting (which is what I use the most) and it shakes so badly (especially during the final spin cycle) that I have to press my body weight across the top of the washer until the spin cycle is complete. I am BUMMED OUT.

I purchased this dryer along with the matching washing machine (a whole other review) and after about 6 months of use I wanted to write a review. Before these I had a Miele compact ductless dryer and matching washer.
The dryer itself looks very nice, makes pleasant sounds and has a variety of drying options. Those minute good things are not enough to recommend this product. The dry times for this unit start at over 1hr...OVER AN HOUR? I have had a full load of towels that took over 2 hours to dry. It is no longer an efficient machine if it takes 2-4x longer to dry than other units.
On top of that there is a filter on the bottom left that is a foam like pad which collects dust/lint and needs to be "cleaned" (removed and either rinsed or scrubbed with your hand to clean) every FEW loads, otherwise you get a red warning light and reduced drying efficiency (read: even longer dry times). Again, this warning comes on every 2-3 loads and is not the lint trap which also has it's own warning light.
So if you want a unit that looks and sounds nice, go for it. If you want low maintenance machine that doesn't make you want to pull your hair out...look elsewhere.
