it has a large scrape on the front of the refrigerator ,i have tried to rub it out with different methods but it stays, other than that so far is operating as it should

My fridge conked out on a Thursday and I called my dealer, Deal™™s Appliance, Wiley GA, at 10:15 the next day. They not only had my required 30™ model, but had it delivered and installed before 2pm that afternoon. Their fast service allowed me to save some things in my freezer. Now that™™s GOOD service.

We could only buy a certain-sized fridge because of the dimensions of the cabinet enclosure, so we bought this model. Smaller than our previous model and with fewer features that are disappointing: 1) nothing about the door shelves is flexible so they are unmovable; 2) the bottom of the butter enclosure is not well molded and has a hump in the middle with means our butter dish slides forward; 3)The crisper drawers are low which means you have to lean over quite far, but it also means that the bottom shelf is deep; 4) There isn't a light in the freezer which I just assumed was standard equipment on a fridge these days. With all of these disappointing features, I will say that it is quiet and the meat/cheese drawer does move with makes for some customizing.

Initial call September 9, 2025. Ice maker malfunction and freezer defective. September 23, 2025, Whirlpool contracted (tech Robert) Flamingo Appliance Service (John 877.560.8485/754.345.5121) to fix the two freezer issues. Robert ordered "parts" but according to Mitch on a second visit, two weeks later (October 7, 2025), a "kit" should have been ordered. Also, Mitch discovered the unit contains aluminum fixtures NOT copper. On this day, not only was the freezer repaired, the refrigerated section blew out. I lost close to $100 in food. No temporary unit was offered. We are living out of a cooler periodically buying ice. This is a health hazard. At this point, corporate needs to be informed. October 15, 2025 is the next service date. It's been over a month and the freezer was not serviced and the refrigerator is broken.

This is a solid appliance. The default settings are good enough that I don't feel the need to mess with them. It cools quickly and efficiently, and the only time I notice a sound is when the ice maker cycles. The shelves, while not very adjustable, are sufficient for my needs and actually fit more stuff than my previous refrigerator of similar dimensions. This may not be an impressive appliance in terms of features, but it does what it's supposed to do with no fuss, at an affordable price, while fitting in my small kitchen. It's a better version of the 20-year-old machine it replaced but similar enough to feel familiar.

So new yet but am happy with it. I am having a time getting used to the noise it makes when it, I guess, starts a cycle. At first I thought my garage door was going up quietly but it was the refrigerator.

The worst purchase I™™ve ever made on a refrigerator. There™™s only one adjustment for the freezer refrigerator so if I set it to very cold, the bottom of the refrigerator freezes produce, and everything and if I knock it back a little bit, nothing freezes. The icemaker just does not produce. I am very extremely disappointed With this product and I want a replacement for free.

I bought my new refrigerator about a month ago. While the snowflake temperature indicators are cute, I had difficulty interpreting what they actually meant. Big snowflake = lots of snow, so that must mean colder right? No. Little snowflake, is actually the coldest setting and big snowflake is the warmest. The freezer also has a separate temperature setting that is more straight forward. The temps within the refrigerator have fluctuated from 20 degrees to 40 degrees. It™™s cold, but maybe too cold. Aesthetically it is great. Easy to level and move into place. Still getting the hang of the temps.

I just had a replacement, so far this one is working fine. The one that was replaced had several issues and technician couldn™™t fix the problem. Several new parts were replaced to no avail. I spent a great amount of money disposing of food products gone bad. Also having to send my providers to purchase food on the daily basis. This was not only an inconvenience but expensive as well. I am totally disabled (86 yrs) and live on a very limited budget. This issue with the previous refrigerator went on for several months, ( about 7 months).

We purchased this on the 20th of December to replace an identical used one that we had purchased. The compresor on the old one went bad. So far so good with this new one. The LED lighting inside is nice and bright and I like how the upper drawer can slide from side to side to accommodate different positions. It's so nice having the included ice maker as the older one didn't have one. It's also very quiet. We like the textured surface that the freezer door and the sides of the refrigerator have, but find it odd that the refrigerator door has a smooth surface. Not sure if that was on purpose or if our particular fridge at some point was modified with a non matching replacement door. Thus, a 4 star review. Other than that we are very happy with it.

Refrigerator was delivered defective on Sept 4th. Installer attempted to fix it. Two days Sept. 6th Best Buy Geek Squad attempted to fix the same issue. Now I need to wait 26 days for a replacement to be delivered. The local store manager (Anthony and staff in Myrtle Beach store) tried their best to get a replacement sooner but was not possible.

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago and had to de-ice the top freezer twice. And yes, this is a ™frost free™ freezer. A Whirlpool technician came out to inspect and is having a new freezer door ordered™¦and some electrical sealant. He indicated air was seeping into the freezer.
We are long time purchaser of the Whirlpool products and never experienced any issues. Sure hope the new door fixes the problem.

This refrigerator came with a mobile home I purchased in September. All of the shelves are too short for anything that comes in a carton. The freezer does not keep ice cream frozen despite the fact that it's turned up to the coldest temperature. The drawers don't slide easily and feel like they're off track even though I verified they're in there correct spots. I do not like this refrigerator and would be returning if I had a choice.

I purchased the same whirlpool fridge 3 years ago when I bought my house and now it does not work I've replaced the capacitor to start a relay clean the coils and even recharged the refrigerant, still nothing, no cooling at all. Whirlpool only offers a one year warranty with their products so now after only three short years I will be spending money on another fridge it will definitely not be another whirlpool.

Freezer does not keep Ice cream frozen hard. also there are no covers on the door hinges so you see sliver at the top and bottom of the door and it stands out since it is all black.
